Terms and Conditions for Mowing Membership Service

 

1. Service Overview

• The Mowing Membership provides professional, regular lawn mowing designed to keep your grass lush, neat, and well-maintained throughout the season. The service is reliable, quick, and tailored to meet the client’s needs.

2. Scope of Work

• The Mowing Membership includes:
  • Scheduled lawn mowing at regular intervals (frequency determined by the membership plan).
  • Trimming of edges around walkways, driveways, and garden beds.
  • Blowing of clippings from hard surfaces to leave the property tidy.
• Exclusions:
  • Weed control, aeration, fertilization, or other lawn treatments (available separately).
  • Mowing areas that are inaccessible or unsafe.

3. Property Access Requirements

• The client must provide unobstructed access to the lawn for the scheduled mowing.
• Barriers (e.g., locked gates, pets, or vehicles) must be removed before each service.

4. Service Guarantee

• We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
  • If not satisfied with the mowing, notify us within 24 hours for a free revisit to address any concerns.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Monthly Subscription Cost:  per month.
• Payment due monthly in advance.
• Accepted payment methods via our Wix-powered website include:
  • Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, e-Transfer, Bank Transfers, and Cash (in person if arranged).
• Automatic payments are encouraged for seamless service continuity.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled mowing. Late changes may incur a 25% fee.
• Severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.

7. Limitations & Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn issues or damage to unmarked obstacles.
• The client is responsible for clearing any debris (e.g., toys, hoses) before each mowing.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Personal information is not shared unless required by law.
• All service communications and payments will remain confidential.

9. Agreement

• By enrolling in the Mowing Membership, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges full understanding.
